In this role, you'll dive into behavioral assessments , supervise life-changing ABA interventions , and collaborate with an incredible team of RBTs and BCBAs . You'll also provide hands-on caregiver training , lead staff development sessions , and work alongside an interdisciplinary clinical team to help our clients thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and design ABA-based programs and plans
- Oversee the implementation of 1 : 1 direct ABA intervention in home, community and educational settings. Most supervision is provided in the field.
- Ensure that accurate and ongoing data is collected reliably on client’s programs and plans
- Monitor staff competency through direct observation and provide immediate feedback and modeling
- Assess staff competency and performance through collection of fidelity of implementation and reliability data
- Administrative work, such as assisting with progress reports
- Conduct parent / caregiver trainings and consultations
- Work closely with a BCBA to make each client’s program run smoothly
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (required)Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Certification, OR accruing hours towards a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification1+ years’ experience supervising children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and designing / managing ABA-based treatment (preferred)Advanced knowledge about Autism Spectrum DisorderExperience with a variety of assessment tools and report writingExcellent time management skills are a mustBilingual (Preferred)Benefits
