Key Responsibilities :
Count inventory daily
Return damaged or incorrect delivery of products to suppliers to ensure refunds are received for that delivery.
Inventory management of existing inventory / products to include regular auditing of inventory count
Receive products that come from other locations
Inventory Transfers
Make a rapport with customers
Grow the business by maximizing the sales potential in every customer contact
Seek to better understand every customer’s business needs, requirements and expectations in order to provide best possible solution.
Strong organizational skill and attention to detail
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via person to person and phone.
Learn products and system
Skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to schedule changes
Ability to manage a computer.
Inventory
Experience Required :
Minimum 1 year of experience
Experience in Customer service
Enjoy doing sales and to be in contact with people
Prefer High school finish
Must speak Spanish and English fluently
