POSITION SUMMARY

eX2 Technology is seeking an Applications Engineer skilled in implementing, maintaining and optimizing complex technical systems, including hardware, software and networks to join our team. As a Applications Engineer, you will develop system specifications, troubleshoot technical issues, ensure system security, and manage system lifecycle from conception to deployment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install new hardware, software, and infrastructure components.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and implement protocols for feedback and operational integrity.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide technical direction, and ensure rapid response to incidents.
• Identify areas for improvement, automate tasks to enhance efficiency, and conduct capacity planning.
• Liaise with stakeholders, management, vendors, and end-users to understand needs and facilitate solutions.
