Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist – Program Director Opportunity

Location :  Tacoma & Gig Harbor, WA | Full-time | Salary Commensurate with

Experience and Leadership.

ABC Physical Therapy is launching a comprehensive Pelvic Floor Program—and we're looking for a passionate and experienced Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with pelvic health specialization to lead the charge. This is a rare leadership opportunity to build a pelvic health program from the ground up across both of our busy outpatient clinics in Tacoma and Gig Harbor. You'll have the autonomy and support to design protocols, shape clinic culture around pelvic care, and establish yourself as the Pelvic Floor Program Director within a well-respected and innovative practice.

What You'll Do :

• Develop and implement our pelvic floor therapy program for all genders.
• Provide one-on-one pelvic health treatments (incontinence, prolapse, pain, postpartum care, etc.).
• Collaborate with referring providers and community partners to grow the service line.
• Mentor future pelvic health therapists and help expand the program over time.
• Split your time between our Tacoma and Gig Harbor locations.

What We're Looking For :

Licensed DPT in Washington State.

Advanced training and clinical experience in pelvic floor therapy (Herman & Wallace, APTA, or equivalent).

A visionary and entrepreneurial mindset—ready to lead and grow a program.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
