Responsible for management and supervision of workshop personnel, production, labor discipline and quality, deploying workshop production tasks, conducting product cost control, effectively improving product quality and output;III. Job Functions and DutiesNO.Representative Duties1Responsible to the plant manager, daily report of workshop indicator operation and management;2Observing company rules and factories and workshop labor discipline;3Arranging workshop internal workshop production according to production orders;4Implementing workshop contingency plans in case of sudden emergencies;5Responsible for supervision and inspection of each station pre-production preparations, labor discipline, work quality, production safety and compliance of employees with the 3 major operating instructions.6Responsible for workshop production quality and cost, controlling workshop indicators so as to meet the company requirements;7Responsible for implementing company management rules, briefing production, quality and labor discipline;8Responsible for organizing analysis and improvement of difficult problems, tracking the performance and feeding back;9Responsible for organizing statistical analysis and developing improvement measures and tracking performance in case of indicator abnormalities in production;10Responsible for coordinating workshop daily routine, cooperating with the Statistics Section, Department of Finance in completing workshop inventory and employee bonus accounting;11Responsible for auditing authenticity of workshop production statements and records and compliance of inventories and accounts; organizing statistical analysis and developing improvement measures and tracking the performance in case of any abnormalities; of abnormal problems;12Responsible for custody of workshop documents, statements and records;13Responsible for purchase of workshop daily production tooling and tools;14Responsible for monitoring application, daily use, maintenance and custody of workshop equipment, tooling and tools;15Responsible for developing and organizing workshop employee post training and transfer training, and multi-post development plans, and tracking the implementation results;16Responsible for monitoring the implementation of 5S and SECURITY of workshop posts, maintaining a clean, efficient and safe working environment;17Participating in various activities to improve and solve problems so as to improve quality, eliminate waste and reduce costs;18Positively understanding and monitoring all workshop environmental factors, risk factors, hazards and their control methods;19Familiar with and supervising workshop material safety data sheets;20Conscientiously implementing integrated management system related documents;21Other duties as assigned22Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeIⅤ. QualificationJob RequirementsLanguageLanguages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.Experiencehave experience working in the backlite furnace ,Understand the production process;EducationBachelor Degree or AbovePhysical ConditionThe employee is regularly required to stand for long periods. Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip).

Visual acuity including, but not limited to : a. NEAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded.

b. FAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use this factor when visual efficiency in terms of far acuity is required in day and night / dark conditions.

c. DEPTH PERCEPTION - Three-dimensional vision. Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships so as to see objects where and as they actually are.

d. COLOR VISION - Ability to identify and distinguish colors.

e. FIELD OF VISION - Observing an area that can be seen up and down or to right or left while eyes are fixed on a given point.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots.
