LocumJobsNetwork is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Anesthesiology CRNA in Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87108!

About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a locum tenens assignment in New Mexico, specializing in Anesthesiology. This opportunity starts on Dec 1, 2025, and spans a 210-day assignment, featuring 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday. The CRNA will work under physician supervision, providing a full spectrum of anesthesiology services for both inpatient and outpatient settings, with responsibilities including preoperative screening and collaboration on perioperative care.

  • Schedule : Monday-Thursday 0630-1500, Friday 0730-1600; schedule provided one month in advance

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver anesthesiology services under physician supervision in accordance with national standards
  • Provide care for both inpatient and outpatient populations
  • Complete preoperative screening notes as needed
  • Collaborate with attending physicians for day-of-surgery and postoperative notes
  • Ensure care aligns with American Society of Anesthesiology, Joint Commission, American Hospital Association, and American Association of Nurse Anesthesiologists guidelines
  • Additional Information

  • Minimum 2 years experience required
  • Active, up-to-date Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • Must be current on all continuing education requirements
  • Start date dependent on credentialing and federal security clearance (credentialing anticipated to take 4 weeks)
