Job descriptionLargest medical campus in Hays County, serving a fast-growing region that includes Kyle, Buda, far south Austin, and surrounding areas. 112 beds Newer, state-of-the-art facility designed to grow to nearly 300 beds On-site support for all major specialties Average Daily Encounters : 149 8 physicians / APP daily hospitalist team Dedicated nocturnist 7 on / 7 off schedule 12 Hour APP shifts Semi-closed ICU Certified Stroke, Chest Pain, STEMI Center, and Certified Pediatric Readiness Other USACS services offered at this location : Emergency Medicine, Observation Medicine, and Critical Care $4,000 tax-free CME / BEA annually $6,500 plus your state and DEA license in year one for new graduates Groundbreaking 100% Paid Parental Leave Pioneering Paid Military Leave Student loan refinancing as low as 2.99% Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and Rx coverage Short- and long-term disability (own occupation) Unmatched medical malpractice including tail and free litigation support USACS malpractice claims are less than 1 / 2 the national average!
