Join our team at our new Bright Horizons at the Children's Learning Center, supporting a manufacturing plant located in Blue Springs, MS. Center projected to open early 2026. Join Bright Horizons as a Business Manager and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, families, and staff. As Business Manager, you will manage communication, enrollment, business, and administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the center. You'll be the first point of contact for families and visitors, representing Bright Horizons with professionalism and positivity. You'll also support the leadership team, maintain records and systems, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional customer service to families, staff, and visitors, handling requests and feedback professionally and efficiently
• Manage office systems, marketing, enrollment processes, records, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support business operations including billing, payroll, and vendor relationships

The annual salary for this position is between $40,095-$49,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
