Base : $69.5-70k + bonus + benefits that start the first of the month after you start

We close at 10 : 00, 9 : 00 on Sundays. Dinner only except Fri - Sunday

Experience required : Minimum 2 current years overseeing dinner kitchen shifts as sous or akm in a full service restaurant that does at least 1500 covers per week and fabricates all proteins (steak cutting required)?

Black Angus has been operating for 60 years. We've never franchised. Great table service - no Ipads on the tables. We promote chefs from within.
