How will you make a difference as a Business Immigration Coordinator at Fragomen?

• Provide administrative support to the department, including organizing, sorting, and distributing mail and scanning documents sent by foreign nationals.
• Update and manage case status, meet assigned deadlines, and communicate case progress / status / issues to supervisor.
• Organize, maintain, and file legal documents and supporting documentation.
• Prepare, collect, and organize cases for shipping process.
• Learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications (i.e., drafting and assembling non-immigrant and immigrant petitions and applications).
• Respond to internal and external communications within the team.
• Produce work with high accuracy, proactively escalating issues to supervisor.
• Use Connect and other team data management systems or processes accurately.
• Apply new processes and best practice improvements as directed.
• Follow documented firm standards and policy to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational and client compliance.
