Title : Physician, Radiologist (Full-time; Hybrid, Remote, or Onsite)
Schedule : Rotating Teleradiologist or Rotating Hybrid
Compensation : $687,000 to $800,000
- The low end of the range is the estimated annual base salary for a full-time radiologist. The upper end is an estimate of total compensation after incentives. Compensation models use fair market value data specific to this specialty.
Primary Function
We are seeking a skilled, board-certified radiologist to join our radiology team. The ideal candidate will provide prompt and accurate imaging interpretations and collaborate with hospitalists, surgeons, specialists, emergency physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support inpatient care and the Emergency Department. This role supports high standards of diagnosis, patient safety, and workflow efficiency in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities
Interpret a wide range of inpatient imaging studies, including :
X-raysCT scansMRIUltrasound(Optional : Nuclear Medicine, PET)Provide timely reads for emergent (including adult and pediatric trauma), urgent, and routine imaging studies.Communicate critical findings directly to referring physicians or hospital staff.Available by phone during shifts.Participate in multidisciplinary rounds or case conferences as needed (can be remote).Collaborate closely with technologists, nurses, and other radiologists.Ensure compliance with hospital policies, imaging protocols, and safety regulations.Document all reports and communications accurately in the electronic medical record (Epic EMR / RIS / PACS).Participate in coverage and weekend / holiday rotations as required.Read time requirements :

Employed position with MemorialCare Medical GroupCan be Predominantly Remote (teleradiology), Hybrid, or OnsiteRotating schedule with a mix of :
Standard 8-hour day shifts (M-F) with start between 7 : 00 am and 10 : 00 amIntermediate 6-hour shifts (2 : 00 pm – 8 : 00 pm, M-F)Evening 4-hour shifts (8 : 00 pm – 12 : 00 am, M-F; 6 : 00 pm – 12 : 00 am Sat-Sun)Full week off after evening shifts and after a weekend workedWork 3 weeks on, 1 week offAdditional 2 weeks off per year (accrued PTO)Total of 1493 scheduled hours per year (400 hours less than a regular full-time day-shift radiologist)Option for additional internal moonlightingStatRad coverage 12 : 00 am – 7 : 00 am (8 : 00 am on weekends)Collaborative environment with subspecialty colleagues and administrative staffPhysical Requirements
Ability to perform essential radiologist functions.
Relationships
The Rotating Radiologist shall be responsible to the Medical Director of Radiology.
