Accounting Manager - Compensation & Benefits

Salary : $175,000 - $190,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Accounting Manager - Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role

Strong understanding of multi-entity consolidations

Proven experience with intercompany accounting, eliminations, and reconciliations

Expertise in leading and managing the month-end close process to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills with the ability to guide and develop team members

Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP / accounting systems (NetSuite or similar)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Accounting Manager - Preferred Qualifications

CPA designation preferred

Experience in construction, manufacturing, logistics, or other asset-intensive industries

Background in process improvement and automation initiatives

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with FP&A and operations

High attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture and drive result
