Job Title : Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Location : Atlanta, GA (with occasional travel opportunities)

Employment Type : Part-Time (15–20 hours per week, evenings and weekends preferred)

Openings : Two

Compensation : $15 per 15 minutes of services

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) to join our clinic, Unique and Innovative Solutions LLC. In this role, you will provide therapeutic massage and relaxation services that complement mental health treatments. Working closely with clients and the care team, you will support patient wellness by relieving stress, addressing pain points, and teaching techniques that enhance overall treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 15–90 minute massage and relaxation services to clients by appointment or walk-in

Guide clients through treatment options to identify services that support their mental health care

Take thorough client histories and document relevant health conditions

Evaluate clients to identify areas of pain, stress, or tension

Advise clients on stretching, strengthening, and relaxation methods to extend treatment benefits

Communicate with clients to ensure comfort and align on treatment goals

Set clear expectations for areas of focus during each session

Collaborate with the treatment team and clinic staff to support coordinated care

Teach relaxation classes as part of wellness programming

Maintain current GA massage therapy licensure and certifications

Participate in ongoing professional development and training

What We’re Looking For

Education : Successful completion of an accredited massage therapy program

Licensure : Current Georgia LMT license required

Experience : At least 3 years of massage therapy experience

Strong knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques and wellness practices

Ability to adapt services to complement mental health treatment plans

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
