Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leading attorneys in managing complex family law cases
  • Draft a wide range of legal documents : letters, pleadings, declarations, briefs
  • Engage in discovery processes, craft meet-and-confer letters and compelling motions
  • Establish meaningful connections with clients, opposing counsel, and the court through efficient communication
  • Prepare deposition outlines and exhibits for evidentiary hearings and trials
  • Conduct research and prepare memoranda

    • Qualifications

  • Licensed in Kentucky in good standing
  • 3+ years of family law experience
  • Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • Proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment
