Security Officer - Residential Site Patrol - Full Time

As a Security Officer in Coppell, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and supporting a welcoming environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you monitor access, verify credentials, and assist with inquiries. Pay Rate : $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime

Thur 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Fri 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sat 07 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sun 07 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and / or visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
  • Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs as required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Assist with emergency response activities according to site protocols, including communicating with first responders when appropriate.
  • Answer questions, provide directions, and offer information to residents and / or guests to support a welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local staff to report security-related concerns or unusual activity observed from the front desk area.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Allied Universal at the residential location.

  • Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
