Summary :
The Clinical Pharmacist – Pharma Services role will provide leadership and operational execution of Apotheco clinical pharmacy program(s) and other operational programs as needed. This role will provide clinical support to patients to ensure adequate therapeutic outcomes are met, improving medication adherence, and ensure appropriate medication utilization. Additionally, the role will actively contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure the highest standards of patient care and service. Key responsibilities include managing customer flow, building patient relationships, providing the highest level of customer service, quality of care, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical services and programs. Other duties and functions may be assigned that are consistent with your title. This position can be remote, home-based position requiring reliable internet access and private workspace for confidential patient interactions. Must adhere to all company policies, procedures, confidentiality standards and security protocols applicable to remote employees.

Language Ability :
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability :
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills :
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and e-mail as noted below.
