Transport Driver

We are hiring immediately for a full time Transport Driver position.

Location : East Saint Louis School District - 1005 State Street, East Saint Louis, IL 62205. Note : online applications accepted only.

Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 6 : 00 am to 2 : 00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement : Previous Microsoft Excel experience is preferred. Job duties include but are not limited to, loading, unloading, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay Range : $16.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Job Summary

Working as a member of the transportation team, this individual will use a company-owned vehicle to deliver products or render services over an established route.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responds to transport requests with a sense of urgency, meeting time delivery goals
• Follows department protocols using dispatch system appropriately
• Provides outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations
• Completes necessary logs and reports
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Resolves or reports vehicle, building, security, or safety issues to management
• Performs other duties as assigned
