What You'll Do

• Full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties, including A / P and A / R
• Preparing detailed journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
• Reviewing and finalizing 20+ monthly property financial statements
• Monitoring and reconciling mortgage and escrow balances
• Preparing owner financial statements and handling ad hoc reporting requests
• Assisting in annual budget development and financial planning
