CrestPoint Real Estate is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as a Showing Assistant . This is a rare opportunity to earn a guaranteed monthly income while also having the freedom to focus on building your own real estate business.

Compensation- Base Salary + Upside Commission Earning Potential

Compensation :

$24,000+ Upside Commission Earning Potential

Responsibilities :

• Guide prospective buyers through property tours, representing a high-performing real estate team.
• Organize and manage efficient showing schedules to maximize client experience.
• Communicate feedback from clients and agents after showings.
• Assist with occasional open houses and property previews.
• Work closely with our team leader and agents to ensure seamless transactions.
• Build and maintain your own client relationships while contributing to the success of the team.
