We have been growing, promoting and building tomorrows leaders for over 32 years and are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager and Business Analyst to impact and improve our team.
- Responsiblities :
- Lead large-scale IT initiatives (software development, cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity, integrations) from initiation to go-live.
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, set schedules, manage budgets, and define risk / issue mitigation strategies
- Monitor project performance, track milestones, and proactively adjust plans to maintain scope, timeline, and cost objectives.
- Conduct regular status meetings, prepare stakeholder reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Enforce governance, quality assurance, and adherence to methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and manage functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Create process maps, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and system specification documents.
- Translate business needs into practical technical solutions via coordination with architects, developers, QA, and operations teams.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, triage defects, and manage sign-off activities.
- Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed changes and enhancements.
- Serve as the liaison between business units, IT teams, external vendors, and executive leadership to align expectations, scope, and deliverables.
- Lead workshops, requirements sessions, solution demonstrations, and training efforts as needed.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, manage conflicts, and escalate issues when required.
- Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to diverse audiences (technical and nontechnical).
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements, best practices, and standards for project delivery and analysis.
- Help develop and refine templates, tools, frameworks (e.g., backlog grooming, documentation standards, Jira / Confluence workflows).
- Stay current with technology trends (cloud, DevOps, CI / CD, automation) and evaluate their potential adoption.
- Think strategically about how process or technology changes can support long-term business objectives.
- Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Masters or MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of combined experience in IT project management and business analysis, or roles bridging both domains.
- Proven success leading complex technology projects to completion.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PMI-PBA, Certified Scrum Master / Product Owner, or equivalent) preferred.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle, systems architecture, integrations, and IT operations.
- Proficiency with project / collaboration tools (MS Project / Project Online, Jira, Confluence, MS Office suite).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Skilled at prioritizing competing demands, managing multiple initiatives concurrently, and adapting to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to shift focus while maintaining high quality and consistency
- Experience leading cloud initiatives (AWS, Azure, GCP) or migrations.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI / CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to influence across functional and technical boundaries, drive alignment, and champion organizational change.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring or developing project teams.
