Role Description

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing dining operations within the club, including restaurants, bar, banquets, and special events. This role ensures an exceptional member and guest experience through high standards of service, quality, and hospitality. The Food and Beverage Manager will work with the Director of Food and Beverage to lead, train, and motivate staff while maintaining operational efficiency, and compliance with club standards.

Qualifications

• Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills
• Strong Customer Service experience
• Proven experience in Training and staff development
• Proficient in Budgeting and inventory control
• Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end service environment
• Experience in a similar luxury hospitality or club setting is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
