The Client Services Manager leads client engagement efforts, ensuring that each client receives exceptional care and a seamless experience. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, managing service delivery, addressing feedback, and collaborating across departments to enhance performance and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison among clients and agency staff
Conduct regular check-ins and home visits to assess satisfaction and quality of care with clients
Onboard new clients and ensure smooth service implementation
Provide assistance and support for clients with Long-Term Care Insurance
Analyze client feedback to recommend service improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, effective service delivery
Participate in the on-call rotation (after-hours and holidays)
Foster a professional, respectful, and compassionate culture aligned with company values
Perform additional duties as assigned to support agency operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Healthcare Management, or related field.
3–5 years of management experience in home care, healthcare, or related service industry.
Knowledge of state and federal home care regulations, preferred.
Work Environment
Hybrid / remote based role with frequent travel to client homes or community events.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary - $25.00-$30.00 / hr
HRA Account with reimbursement of up to $325.00 / monthly
Paid time off and holidays up to 3 weeks per year
Retirement plan eligibility after one (1) of employment with up to a 4% match, with profit sharing
