Must-Have :

Candidate must be willing to travel to patient homes as needed.

Baxter AMIA Peritoneal Cycler experience strongly preferred.

Traveler must have their own vehicle and current insurance with a clean driving record.

Permanent address must be included in the profile submission.

All requests for time off must be included in the profile.

Description :

This position involves training patients to perform their peritoneal dialysis independently at home.

The role includes managing current patients who already perform peritoneal dialysis at home.

Patient training will occur on-site.

The work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM.

Additional information must be submitted in advance, including a signed supervisory reference from within the last two years of employment.
