Construction Project Manager - Direct Hire

Location : West Monroe, LA

Pay : $45,000 - $75,000 (DOE)

Staffmark is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in West Monroe, LA. This direct-hire role is responsible for leading construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards . The ideal candidate is an effective communicator and problem-solver who can coordinate teams, manage resources, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Track project timelines and ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients throughout all project phases.
• Monitor project budgets, approve invoices, and ensure financial accountability.
• Perform regular site visits to verify compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement solutions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Prepare and deliver project reports, including progress updates and financial summarie s.
• Oversee procurement of materials, labor, and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal building codes, OSHA requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Lead project meetings (pre-construction, progress, closeout) and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to support repeat business.
