• Deliver direct patient care in a Level 1 Trauma Center ED
• Triage and manage patients with acute, critical, and neuro / stroke-related conditions
• Administer medications, initiate IVs, perform wound care, and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient status and document using Meditech
