Assured Compliance Assessment Solution Cybersecurity Engineer
Join Booz Allen Hamilton as an Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Cybersecurity Systems Engineer . In this role you will deploy, configure, and maintain the ACAS suite—including Security Center and Nessus scanners—to manage vulnerability scanning, patching, and compliance with federal security standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain ACAS tools (Security Center, Nessus).
- Conduct vulnerability scans, analyze reports, implement patches, and ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Provide on‑site and remote engineering services for enterprise architecture, system design, audits, documentation, and data migration.
- Support site audits, provide cybersecurity recommendations for ATO activities, author custom security policies, and assist with configuration updates.
- Troubleshoot network and security device issues, integrate ACAS into broader security operations, and stay current with technology trends.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience in system engineering, computer science, information systems, or related fields.2+ years deploying, maintaining, and integrating ACAS toolset.Knowledge of security architecture design and integration.Ability to integrate cybersecurity principles into infrastructure planning, design, and deployment.Ability to meet schedule, performance, and quality within SDLC.Top Secret clearance.Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years IT support, or Master’s and 8+ years IT support.IAT Level III Certification such as CISSP or CISM.Additional Qualifications
Experience with Trellix (HBSS), Splunk, FirePower, or FireEye.Experience using SolarWinds.Linux+ or RHEL Certification.Clearance
Applicants must have Top Secret clearance. Security investigation required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range : $77,600.00 – $176,000.00 (annualized). Benefits include health, life, disability, financial and retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time employees eligible for benefit programs.
