Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – In Clinic ABA Services at Spectrum of Hope. Salary : $110,000 - $125,000 + Sign on Bonus / Relocation Bonus. You didn't become a BCBA for paperwork. We're looking for a Clinical Director (BCBA) who is passionate about meaningful outcomes, building trust with families, and growing a team of rockstar RBTs. This isn't a clipboard-and-go job. You'll mentor, collaborate, and change lives every single day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and design individualized treatment plans that work in real life, not just on paper
• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to a team of RBTs and BCBAs
• Work with families to set meaningful goals, measure progress, and celebrate wins
• Ensure ethical, compassionate care aligned with best practices in ABA
• Collaborate with a clinical team that values your insight, voice, and vision
