Job Description :
The Project Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects supporting growth initiatives and continuous improvement activities in a regulated environment. Projects may include new production / testing capacity, product transfers, compliance programs, customer qualifications, and process improvements. This role requires strong project management experience, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with internal / external stakeholders to define and plan project scopes and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely, compliant delivery.
- Measure project performance using tracking systems, tools, and techniques.
- Communicate challenges / roadblocks and escalate issues appropriately to senior leadership.
- Organize and lead project meetings to assess progress and manage functional task timelines.
- Identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Prepare and deliver all project documentation and ensure readiness for milestone / tollgate reviews.
- Lead root cause / countermeasure activities to resolve scope, quality, timing, or budget issues.
- Ensure compliance with cGMPs, ICHQ7, IPEC, ISO, FDA Part 210 / 211, and related regulations.
Requirements : Must-Haves :
Minimum 5 years' experience in a regulated industry (chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related).Knowledge of GMP, ISO9000, FDA, Import / Export regulations.Proven track record managing projects / programs to completion.Project Management training required; certifications (PMP, etc.) a plus.Experience in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or IT systems development / management.Background with systems and software applications.Communication skills (verbal & written), ability to influence across all organizational levels.Detail-oriented, with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional team environment.Nice-to-Haves :
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
