Job Description :

The Project Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects supporting growth initiatives and continuous improvement activities in a regulated environment. Projects may include new production / testing capacity, product transfers, compliance programs, customer qualifications, and process improvements. This role requires strong project management experience, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with internal / external stakeholders to define and plan project scopes and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely, compliant delivery.
• Measure project performance using tracking systems, tools, and techniques.
• Communicate challenges / roadblocks and escalate issues appropriately to senior leadership.
• Organize and lead project meetings to assess progress and manage functional task timelines.
• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Prepare and deliver all project documentation and ensure readiness for milestone / tollgate reviews.
• Lead root cause / countermeasure activities to resolve scope, quality, timing, or budget issues.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs, ICHQ7, IPEC, ISO, FDA Part 210 / 211, and related regulations.
