Location : Dubuque, Iowa

Job Type : Full-Time or Part-Time ; Non-Exempt

Shift : 1st Shift; Monday - Friday 7 : 00AM-3 : 00PM

Pay : $17.50 / hour ; Pay increases at 3, 6, and 12 months

RIE Coatings, located in Dubuque, IA, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Coating Tender to join our team! We have flexibility for both part-time (20–25 hours per week) and full-time schedules.

Key Responsibilities :

Bucket and label incoming coatings

Strain in-use coatings per the straining schedule to maintain quality

Monitor coating inventory and identify expired materials

Ensure operators have coating prepared and ready for production

Support overall cleanliness and organization of the coating area

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Frequent lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 50 lbs

Reaching, bending, and repetitive movement throughout the day

Work in varying temperatures and around fumes, dust, and chemicals

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
