Salary Range : $110,000 - $120,000
Duties / Responsibilities
- Facilitates proactive technical visits to customer facilities to maintain strong relationships with factory leadership.
- Responds to customer concerns or complaints, providing technical assistance in the field or virtually to support resolution.
- Supports and facilitates customer development trials, including pretrial preparation and assessment of product utility throughout customer operations.
- Conducts internal development trials to support material qualifications, optimize additive loadings, and assess performance interactions between process conditions and film characteristics.
- Collaborates with internal teams to communicate findings and contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives.
- Supports the implementation of customer feedback into technical and operational processes.
Required Skills / Abilities
Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based projects.Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred (e.g., Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline).02 years of relevant industry experience.Physical Requirements
Works in both office and manufacturing environments, which may be noisy and fast-paced.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Travel Requirements
Up to 60% domestic travel required to support customer visits and development trials.
