COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE BANKING ANALYST - PATHWAY TO PRODUCER

THE OPPORTUNITY : A THREE-YEAR CAREER ROADMAP

This is not just another jobits a structured career path designed to take you from Analyst to Producer with unlimited earning potential .

Years 1-2 : Analyst (Salary + Performance Bonuses)

  • Work alongside senior producers to analyze, structure, and close commercial real estate loans.
  • Develop expertise in underwriting, financial modeling, market research, and lender engagement.
  • Support loan originations by preparing offering memorandums, loan sizing models, and presentations.
  • Gain hands-on experience managing real deals from start to finish.

Year 3 : Associate Producer (Base + Commission)

  • Begin originating and closing deals with mentorship from senior producers.
  • Establish your own relationships with borrowers, lenders, and referral sources .
  • Transition toward a commission-based compensation model with no cap on earnings.

    • Beyond Year 3 : Full Producer (Commission Only, Unlimited Income)

  • Take full ownership of your deal pipeline and client relationships .
  • Continue building a book of business in a high-growth industry.

    • WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

  • 1-3 years of finance, commercial real estate, banking, or investment experience preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, or a related field .
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A relationship-driven mindset with a hunger to succeed in a commission-based business.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and market analysis .
