Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic Tax Senior Manager to lead and guide tax operations in a growing firm. This leadership role combines technical expertise with team mentorship, process improvement, and strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage tax engagements, including the review of payroll reports and financial statements.
- Provide expert tax guidance for individuals, businesses, and corporations.
- Mentor, coach, and develop staff while fostering a collaborative, supportive culture.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, standards, and regulations.
