You’ll be the first stop for every DNA sample that comes through our doors. Your work sets the stage for accurate, timely results. In this role, you will : Receive and organize incoming samplesEnter client information into our systems with speed and accuracyEnsure paperwork and chain-of-custody requirements are completeSupport case resolution by preparing reports and notarized documentsWork closely with lab staff and customer service teamsKeep things moving so families and clients get the answers they needQualifications

What Makes You a Great FitYou’re detail-oriented — the type who notices if a number is off or a form is missing a signatureYou’re comfortable on a computer and can type quickly and accuratelyYou like solving problems and don’t get rattled when priorities changeYou’re dependable, organized, and ready to learnHigh School diploma or GED required — everything else we’ll teach you!Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Communicating with others to exchange information.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.Manual dexterity to handle, label, and file samples and paperwork.Standing, walking, stooping, and kneeling to accomplish tasks and transport samples from accessioning area to Laboratory.
