Best Middle Eastern Restaurant 2018 by Boston Magazine! We opened in October of 2016 and have become a staple of Inman Square’s neighborhood. We are looking for a dining room manager to join our team and share the exciting things we have going on as we expand into a new location on 750 Main Street. Requirements :

A smile and a positive approach towards hospitality and what it stands for.
Previous restaurant / bar experience.
High organizational skills.
A passion for food, wine, and craft cocktails.

Responsibilities

Hiring, Scheduling, and Continuously training and maintaining a FOH staff of 6-8 team members.

Building guest relations.

Educating the staff on food and wine by setting up wine tastings, food tastings, selling strategies, training manuals, recipes, etc.

Restaurant administration (financials, costing, payroll, etc.).

Manage floor operations 5 shifts a week with two days off.

Compensation :

Salary of $65K–$75K annually, based on experience.

Paid vacation.

Partially subsidized health insurance.
