Salary : Starting at $28.00 / hour (depending on experience)

Job Summary :

Under the general supervision of the Construction Superintendent (or designee), performs a variety of manual construction tasks, minor repairs and simple project tasks including ground work and janitorial tasks; and performs related work as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Cleaning work area and TNHA equipment and vehicles; moving equipment, supplies and, furnishings; cleaning and washing equipment; repairing TNHA equipment; shuffling parts; equipment and documentation as directed; maintaining equipment ensuring proper care and use; operating TNHA equipment as authorized and directed; using small tools and equipment to perform tasks
