Retail Customer Service Representative

Location : On Site | Woodbury, MN

Schedule : Mon-Fri | 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm | Full-Time

Pay : $18 / hr

What You'll Be Doing :

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with equipment orders and purchases.
• Guide customers through product options, pricing, and insurance coverage.
• Accurately enter customer and order information into our system.
• Verify all insurance details according to company protocols.
• Answer customer questions with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
