Qualifications :

Summary of the role : Assists in the production of new commercial lines accounts and the retention of existing accounts. Provides prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of Producer activities. Our Account Managers not only assist in proposals but all renewals, cancellations, some billing, endorsements - basically the accounts start to finish.  This is not a sales roles.

Reports to the Operations Manager, Dee Rosado. Dee has 20+ years of experience in the operational and management fields. In our office she is responsible for HR, Marketing, Technology, Event Planning, Licensing, Culture, and more. She prides herself on not micro-managing but staying in touch with her employees through open communication, availability in-office 4 days a week, monthly 1 : 1's, and involves herself in both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines project management.
