Monday to Friday (8a to 5 p).Census : ages 2+Focus : assist with chronic disease management and prevention.Duties : prescribing appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to treat patient health issues.Mount Jackson - Critical Dates : Sept 9, 11, 12, 16, 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30 (Accepting FNP). Mon, Tues 9 : 30am to 6pm, Wed, 8am to 4 : 30pm, Thurs 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pmCharlottesville Critical Dates : August 22, 26, 30, Sept 2, 6, 16.
