If you’ve got a green thumb, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for cannabis cultivation, we want you on our team! As a Cannabis Cultivator , you’ll play a vital role in caring for our plants from veg to harvest, helping ensure top-tier quality from seed to sale. This isn’t your typical desk job—expect fresh air (indoors!), hands-on work, and the satisfaction of helping grow something great every single day. ✂️ Pruning, tucking, and training plants for optimal growth 🌱 Supporting plants through every stage of life—from veg to bloom to harvest 💧 Mixing and applying nutrients and other inputs 🧼 Sanitizing rooms and equipment to keep everything clean and compliant 🔧 Helping with grow room setups and environmental controls ✂️ Assisting with harvests and post-harvest prep 🧪 Supporting R&D projects that push the plant game forward ✅ Jumping in to help the cultivation team wherever needed What You Bring to the Grow Age Requirement : Must be 21 years or older Education & Experience : High School Diploma or GED Prior experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation is a plus If you’re hardworking and eager to learn, we’ll teach you the rest! Stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours / day) Perform repetitive hand movements (trimming, tucking, etc.) Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Occasionally climb, crouch, or crawl Have full color vision and visual acuity (plants don’t lie!)
