IT SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (IT SME)

ROLE : IT Subject Matter Expert

REQUIRED :

Minimum Active Clearance : Current Secret (possibility for TS)

Minimum Education : Bachelors Degree

Minimum Experience : 8 Years directly relevant, demonstrable expertise supporting Federal programs of similar scope and scale

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES :

Senior strategist supporting operational planning, JPP processes, and cyber campaign development. Provide critical support to the senior project manager in areas such as, but not limited to, education, instrument development, and education-related research. Responsibilities include working closely with vendors to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and support for workflow requirements. Develop and implement acceptance test protocols, assist vendors in integrating interfaces with both information and legacy systems. Collaborate with end users to facilitate their transition to the new technical environment. Leverage expertise to evaluate business processes, recommend technical solutions, and ensure that all systems meet defined requirements. Providing technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle, overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions, and ensuring that project outcomes align with organizational goals and standards.
