Join our team as a Surgical Technologist to provide vital support to surgeons in delivering exceptional patient care. You will prepare and manage instruments and equipment during surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and organized operating room environment to maximize patient safety.
The facility features 10 operating rooms and offers a diverse range of surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, bariatric, gynecology, urology, and ear, nose, and throat.

Exhibit in-depth knowledge of advanced surgical equipment and instrumentation.Show leadership abilities and coordinate personnel and materials efficiently.Provide continuing education on relevant topics.Apply critical thinking skills to anticipate the needs of patients and surgeons.Conduct and maintain accurate instrument counts before and during procedures.Secure and prepare supplies and instruments for surgeries.Ensure the sterile field is correctly maintained.Assist in preparing patients for surgical treatment and monitoring during procedures.Maintain knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medications used during operations.Stay updated with advancements in the field through seminars and published materials.Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED with short-term training in an operating room setting, or graduation from an accredited surgical technician program.Current BLS certification is mandatory.Familiarity with various surgical instruments and sterile techniques.A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or outpatient operating room setting if not a graduate from an accredited training program.Benefits :
