• Create and review training data encompassing tasks like purchasing, budgeting, personnel management, and customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the accuracy and applicability of AI-driven solutions for retail environments.
• Identify performance gaps in AI and propose actionable improvements based on your frontline supervisory experience.
• Clearly and effectively communicate insights and recommendations in both written and verbal forms.
