What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as required. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities. Monitor the location for any unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to company procedures. Collaborate with local personnel and first responders as needed during emergency situations. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and / or observations while on duty. Follow all Allied Universal and client-specific guidelines while performing assigned duties at the government facility. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
