About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated engineers with deep expertise in test and evaluation of air / missile defense digital and hardware-in-the-loop models and simulations to join our team. In this role, you will execute efforts for next-generation defense technologies that safeguard our nation. You'll collaborate closely with technical teams, government stakeholders, and leadership to ensure systems are rigorously tested, validated , and ready for mission success.

Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

• Demonstrate a robust familiarity with te s t and evaluation processes , planning, execution, tool development, and assessments.
• Demonstrated a technical understanding of radar system design and functionality , including but not limited to :

Antenna design

Test and E valuation E nvironment

Interpreting threat air defense system description reports to develop and organize :

Test requirements

Oscilloscopes

Identify and resolve technical issues

Team Collaboration
