Accounts Receivable Manager

Direct the accounts receivable teams day-to-day activities. Implement AR policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Oversee billing, collections, and cash application processes. Develop and monitor key receivable metrics and reports to identify trends for improvement. Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to resolve billing issues and streamline process. Drive initiatives to improve cash flow, reduce DSO, and minimize bad debt. Maintain strong relationships with customers. Prepare and present regular reports and forecasts to senior management. Manage lien processes, including preliminary notices, lien filings, releases, and waivers, ensuring compliance with state-specific regulations. Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.
