Role Overview
Were seeking a Community Experience Supervisor & Administrative Coordinator to provide outstanding administrative and communication support to our team and residents. This position handles overflow calls and emails, manages architectural review (ARC / ARB) submissions, and ensures information flows smoothly between residents, community managers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to resident calls and emails with professionalism, accuracy, and care.
- Track and document homeowner inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
- Organize and maintain ARC / ARB submissions, verifying completeness and coordinating review timelines.
- Assist with drafting and distributing community notices and newsletters.
- Support administrative projects such as design guideline updates, form revisions, and process improvements.
- Participate in system trainings (Vantaca, Optic Systems, etc.) and assist with implementation feedback.
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service or administrative experience (HOA or property management a plus).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferred.
