- 4.5-day workweek with dedicated OR block time. Strong support staff, including APPs and Audiologists.
- Busy, collaborative clinic environment with no immediate competition. Diverse range of cases, allowing adequate time with patients.
- Financial package includes base and bonus model with $525K total proven compensation.
- Full HR benefits, paid malpractice (including tail), 7 weeks PTO, annual CME allowance, and a generous recruitment package.
