We are seeking quotes from qualified subcontractors for the Provision of Family Practice / General Medicine Physician (Urgent Care) Services .
Scope Highlights :
- Outpatient urgent and primary care
- Flexible contract terms : short-term (13 weeks) to long-term (1 year), with renewals
- Full-time schedule : Monday to Friday, 40 hours / week (occasional overtime / weekends)
- Potential coverage at other Navajo Area
