Lead Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a small team of backend engineers, providing feedback and support

Required Qualifications

8+ years of Java programming experience

Prior experience in leading and managing engineering teams

Strong experience with the Spring Framework and web applications

Solid technical design knowledge with experience in enterprise software development

Experience in designing and coding tests, including unit and integration tests
