RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handling the processing of cash receipts.
- Monitor customer calls, adjustments and reconciliations.
- Process billing as well as credit card payments.
- Help to reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.
- Record all communications.
- Conduct collection calls and correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Process and review account adjustments.
- Engage in resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain all accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary : $55K-$60K annually
