Accounts Receivable Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling the processing of cash receipts.
• Monitor customer calls, adjustments and reconciliations.
• Process billing as well as credit card payments.
• Help to reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.
• Record all communications.
• Conduct collection calls and correspondence.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Process and review account adjustments.
• Engage in resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain all accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of Accounting experience.
• Familiarity with collections within a business-to-business setting.
• Experience with AP/AR.
• Experience with both international and domestic collections desired.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
